A current declaration page(s) are very helpful when seeking quotes. Your declaration page tells me what is covered and what is excluded on your current policy so I can do an "apples to apple" quote.
Something agents run into all the time is clients will cross out what they're paying....the insurance carriers don't see this information and we, as agents don't set the rates so that information is only useful when trying to beat your current premium.
